The fit is no comparison to an InfinityRN 4, as its Flyknit is unrivalled. But you're comparing apples and oranges here, as the two models have a completely different structure, use different materials and have different cushioning materials. I therefore see the NIKE Vomero 17 as a very good complement to the InfinityRN 4. The Vomero picks up where the InfinityRN reaches its limits. When things get a little faster - no problem for the Vomero! But is the Vomero 17 the perfect daily trainer? As always, it depends on what your ambitions are. If you don't yet have a cosy running shoe for slow, long runs, then the Vomero is a good choice. It focusses on comfort, but can also be used for fast runs or short intervals.

Thanks to its numerous improvements, this shoe is perfect for your run, whether you're a long-distance lover or a fan of short, fast runs. Cushioned support Based on feedback from runners, we've removed the Zoom Air element in the forefoot to simplify the midsole and create a foam-based design. The foot sits on a stack of ZoomX (our lightest foam with the highest energy return) on top and soft foam on the bottom for a softer, smoother, more responsive ride. Higher stack heights provide better support, comfort and cushioning. First-class comfort This shoe impresses with first-class comfort. You can switch on cruise control for long runs. Specially developed mesh ensures a lighter, more breathable upper compared to previous Vomeros. The soft insole ensures comfort and the softer shoe collar provides a pleasant feel at the heel when running. The padded tongue and soft, elasticated laces ensure a comfortable overall experience. Reliable traction Particularly abrasion-resistant rubber on the outsole with studs ensures hard-wearing traction. The outsole is decoupled to improve rolling from heel to toe.
