The Pegasus Trail 4 GTX has proven to be a versatile shoe that is ideal not only for trails but also for hiking. It offers an impressive combination of lightness, comfort and traction, making it a favorite for light trails and muddy weather. Although it may not be the first choice for warmer days, it is a lot of fun on "normal" trails. Overall, the Pegasus Trail 4 GTX has completely won me over and has earned a permanent place in my shoe cabinet for medium distances up to marathons. Nike has managed to create an all-rounder that impresses both on the road and on the trail. A small detail on the side: the message on the heel varies between "JUST DO IT" and "JUST RUN IT", which underlines the versatility and inspiring character of Nike.

The Nike Pegasus Trail 4 GORE-TEX is designed for those moments when you don't like to go back, no matter what. The waterproof Gore-Tex keeps you comfortably dry even in unpredictable weather. So you can run longer and extend your run from the road to the trail in the rain without restrictions. A waterproof layer with a higher ankle gaiter adds extra protection to keep you dry.

The GORE-TEX layer protects against moisture and keeps your feet dry. The brand new gaiter on the shoe collar is higher to prevent dirt and water from entering the shoe. The invisible fit of GORE-TEX on the upper ensures protection from rain without sacrificing the comfortable feel of the Peg Trail. The flexible, lightweight design keeps your foot dry when running on wet roads and trails.
Soft and Stable
Nike React technology provides a soft, responsive ride with durable, lightweight foam. The full-length design provides stability and excels on rocky terrain.
Traction in all directions
Less rubber on the outsole makes for a smoother transition from road to trail. The rubber wraps around the front of the shoe for added durability. The generative traction pattern and rubber lugs provide grip when running uphill or downhill. The generative traction pattern combined with rubber provides additional grip on technical trails and ensures a smooth ride for the road.
React foam provides freedom of movement and comfort
Full React foam in the midsole provides springy, cushioned responsiveness and a smooth transition.
