The Altra Lone Peak 9+ remains the undisputed king of natural trail running in
technical terrain. In its latest version, this classic has been specifically
improved to offer even more durability and grip. The new Vibram® Megagrip
outsole provides first-class traction on wet rocks, roots, and loose ground.
Thanks to the updated Altra EGO™ midsole, the shoe offers an optimized balance
of cushioning and direct ground feedback. The Original FootShape™ fit is
Altra's roomiest option, allowing the foot maximum space for natural stability.
With a stack height of 25 mm, you always maintain full control over the
terrain. The robust ripstop mesh upper is reinforced with seamless overlays to
withstand harsh conditions. The Lone Peak 9+ is designed for high mileage and
reliably protects the foot. The Zero Drop platform promotes a stable landing in
uneven terrain. It is the first choice for thru-hikers, trail competitors, and
nature lovers. Weighing approx. 327 g (men's), it offers the necessary
robustness for alpine adventures. The sole's flexibility allows the foot to
adapt actively to the terrain. An integrated StoneGuard protects against
painful impacts. The Lone Peak 9+ is more than just a shoe – it is a tool for
