Out of love for the environment, we ship orders in a single parcel once all your items have arrived at our warehouse.

VAT Refund for Switzerland

Swiss customers who have their goods delivered to Germany (including VAT) and then import the shipment into Switzerland can have the VAT refunded by shop4runners. To do so, please send the original invoice stamped by customs to us. The refund will be made to a bank account (IBAN and BIC).

Any applicable customs duties are not included in the shipping costs and must be borne by the customer. These typically amount to approximately 7% of the value of the goods.

 

Returns

Our goal is to provide you with an optimal and simple returns service. For this purpose, we have developed our returns portal.

If your delivery address is within Germany, you can download a free returns label via our portal. Processing note: For logistical reasons, the return must always be made using the same shipping service provider that delivered your order.

  • If you received your goods via DHL, you will receive a DHL returns label.

  • If the delivery was made via GLS, you will receive a GLS returns label.

If your delivery address is outside of Germany, you must bear the full cost of your return yourself.

Please note that only unused items can be returned!

If the return causes the total order value to fall below the minimum threshold for free shipping or the use of a voucher, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount. This also applies in the event of a return of the entire order.

Refunds will be transferred to your original payment method within 5 working days after the return has been processed. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

 

Returns from Switzerland

Return via DHL at a discounted rate

For our Swiss customers, we offer the option to create a DHL return label for a fee of €20. By using the provided return label, you agree that the return shipping costs of €20 will be deducted from your refund amount when your return is processed.

Please follow these steps:

1. Register your return completely in our returns portal. Once finished, download the DHL return label along with the provided customs declaration (CN23) – it looks like this. You will also receive the return label and the customs declaration (CN23) via email.

2. Obtain the original invoice. This was included in the parcel you received. We also sent you the invoice via email along with your order's tracking information. Please print it out.

3. Please attach the following documents to the OUTSIDE of the return parcel using a document pouch:

  • Shipping label

  • Completed customs declaration (CN23), including EORI number¹)

  • Copy of the original commercial invoice as proof of return goods status

4. Drop off the parcel at a DHL service point near you to send it back to us.

5. As soon as the parcel arrives, we will process the return and refund the amount minus the €20 fee.
