Featuring a full-length Nike React foam and an updated, breathable upper, this agile, fast training shoe allows you to zigzag quickly on the trail as well as around town. It's lower to the ground and lighter than our previous version, so you can tackle off-road trails with speed and confidence. Soft and springy Nike React technology uses durable, lightweight foam for a soft, responsive ride. We've implemented a full-length React midsole and removed the forefoot Air element from the previous version, so you can get even closer to the ground without compromising comfort and speed. Feel the connection The multidirectional traction lugs in the heel are made of extra abrasion-resistant rubber. They improve grip on ascents and descents, even in wet conditions, to keep you connected to the trail. Reworked upper The upper is lightweight and reductive so you don't feel the shoe on your foot but still enjoy cushioning on the trails. It's made of specially designed mesh that's stronger and more flexible than traditional mesh and prevents debris from entering. The midfoot strap provides stability and support to minimise movement in the shoe. Optimised durability Extra tough, abrasion-resistant materials provide durability in key areas, such as the overlays in the toe box and the rubber outsoles in the heel and forefoot.
