HOKA was born in 2009 out of a deep belief that it was possible to create a shoe that would allow people to "fly" down mountains. Despite all the doubters and critics, the founders Jean-Luc Diard and Nicolas Mermoud successfully put all their energy and heart into their idea.
As a result of their work, running shoes were created that are remarkably gentle on the human body while still offering world-class performance. Today, HOKA makes gear for all types of runners: professional runners, beginners, ultra-marathon runners and many more.
