The Escalante Racer 2 is back - lighter, more direct and even more focused on performance. Developed for race days and fast training sessions, this running shoe impresses with a no-frills design and uncompromising dynamics.
Thanks to the proven Altra EGO™ midsole, the Racer 2 offers a direct running feel with responsive cushioning - ideal for fast runs on asphalt. The Zero Drop™ platform and anatomical FootShape™ fit promote a natural running style and give the foot exactly the space it needs for full performance.
The redesigned Engineered Knit surface ensures optimal support while maintaining high breathability - even during long competitions. The reduced weight, grippy outsole and direct ground contact make the Escalante Racer 2 the ideal shoe for tempo runs, 5K races or road marathons.
