Whenever someone trains with Eliud Kipchoge, they are asked to plant a tree at his training camp to symbolize their growth. The insole graphic imitates this growth with branches reaching toward the front of the shoe. The red clay color is a nod to the Kenyan soil that dirties the shoes during training. The font references African trees with fractal-like patterns on their surfaces.

Two Air Zoom units in the forefoot combined with ZoomX foam store energy and return it to the runner, so every step packs a punch.

A full-length carbon fiber plate provides a propulsive sensation to help you transition smoothly through every stride and tackle turns with confidence.

The Alphafly 3 is our lightest Alphafly ever. It features a slightly wider carbon fiber plate for increased stability, a fully connected ZoomX foam midsole for smoother transitions, and an all-new Atomknit upper designed for improved multidirectional containment and breathability.
Serrated laces offer a secure yet soft lacing experience.
The integrated knit tongue with padded cushioning relieves lace pressure.
