Nike ZoomX, our most responsive foam, just got a little better. The heel-to-toe foam returns even more energy than before for a springy, bouncy ride.

See how the midsole bulges out at the heel? We designed it that way to reduce weight on the inside of the foot and give you a more stable ride.

Specially selected Flyknit yarns and specially developed zones in the forefoot give the Vaporfly a new level of performance. Generous breathability in the toe area combined with soft yet supportive yarns create our most customized upper for the Vaporfly. The result is a softer, cooler design that molds to your foot.

What's new on the Vaporfly 3?

A modern, thin outsole rubber uses less material without compromising durability, reducing the weight and thickness of the outsole. This allows for extra millimeters of ZoomX foam underfoot and a smoother transition through your stride.

Light padding on the tongue reduces pressure from the laces at the top of the foot.

The waffle pattern of the outsole with perforations saves weight and provides versatile traction in different weather conditions.

The offset heel seam reduces friction in the heel area.
