Schonendes und kontrolliertes Laufen
Ich bin nicht mehr der Jüngste und etwas übergewichtig. Der neue Vichara ist noch stabiler und geschmeidiger und schont meine Gelenke wie kein anderer. Besonders die Knie: Bei einem Motorradunfall hatte ich ein Knie stark geprellt, konnte aber schon nach wenigen Wochen das Lauftraining wieder aufnehmen. Bisher ohne Beschwerden.
