It provides a lightweight and responsive feel that makes it suitable for long runs, tempo runs and everything in between The upper construction of this shoe features an asymmetrical mesh design. It features different colours on the medial and lateral angles of the shoe for visual interest The midsole features a combination of FF BLAST™ PLUS and FF BLAST™ TURBO cushioning. This foam is also used in our METASPEED™ race models and contributes to one of the lightest and springiest running experiences."
