I think you can clearly hear my enthusiasm for the Saucony Ride 18. What more could you ask for - an all-rounder shoe that can be used for both easy runs and fast training runs? The versatility and dynamics of the shoe have absolutely won me over and I wouldn't want to take it off.
I would recommend the Ride especially for easy training sessions, tempo runs and intervals. For very long dances or recovery runs (e.g. double days), I will continue to use my Saucony Triumph, as the cushioning offers more recovery for the feet.
I now have two Saucony models that complement each other perfectly in my shoe rotation.
