Designed to fit - developed to perform. The HRM-Fit chest strap is specially
designed for women. It can be easily attached to a sports bra with medium or
strong support and provides precise heart rate data to compatible Garmin
smartwatches, Edge bike computers, fitness devices and smartphone apps. It also
tracks running efficiency metrics - including vertical movement, ground contact
time, stride length and more - to assist with training. support your training.
In addition, the HRM-Fit sends data on pace and distance to the compatible
distance to the compatible smartwatch. If during activities, the smartwatch is
not within range, heart rate data is recorded as soon as you start an activity
is started and ended on the smartwatch, the heart rate data is saved and
transmitted after pairing with the smartwatch. With a battery life of up to one
year, it reliably accompanies your training. If you are not wearing a
smartwatch, the chest strap records your steps, calories burned, intensity
minutes and heart rate and makes them available on all compatible Garmin
devices after synchronization.
