If you're looking for a lightweight running shoe with cushioning suitable for longer distances off-road, the GT-2000™ Trail model is a great choice. The 11th edition of the GT-2000™ running shoe has been outfitted with a one-piece upper construction for an improved fit that wraps around the top of your foot with a lightweight design and soft comfort. In certain areas, these materials have been reinforced to give you extra support as your foot rolls. This provides a more efficient toe-off phase and a secure fit. In addition, the insole made of ORTHOLITE™ foam improves comfort, while the insole adapts better to the foot. In keeping with a more sustainable design approach, we used fewer resources in the dyeing of the insole. GEL™ technology cushioning provides excellent shock absorption and a layer of FLYTEFOAM™ in the midsole gives you a softer, more supportive feel with every step. The GUIDANCE TRUSSTIC™ design is complemented by the DYNAMIC DUOMAX™ support system - two key technologies that improve stability and provide a more efficient toe-off. In addition, the outsole of this shoe is equipped with a special lug traction profile that improves grip on loose and slippery surfaces.
