The new Brooks Glycerin 22 is a running shoe that combines comfort, dynamism and versatility in one model. With a 10 mm drop, a weight of 289 g (men) and 256 g (women) and a stack height of 28 mm at the front and 38 mm at the back, it is aimed at runners who value solid cushioning without losing their natural running feel. The shoe impresses with its balanced cushioning, high-quality upper material and secure grip. Whether long distances, fast units or relaxed runs - the Glycerin 22 is a real all-rounder. The Brooks Glycerin 22 is a dynamic and versatile shoe that is suitable for different types of running. The high drop of 10 mm may take some getting used to for runners who prefer less, but it supports a natural rolling motion and is particularly beneficial for heel strikers. For me personally, the excellent grip on asphalt makes the shoe a real highlight. I feel really comfortable running in them.

The Brooks Glycerin GTS 22 is a premium running shoe designed specifically for runners with overpronation to provide stability, cushioning and comfort. This version combines proven DNA LOFT technology with GuideRails support to provide smooth pronation correction and promote a natural running motion.

The Glycerin GTS 22's DNA LOFT cushioning provides a soft, luxurious ride with every step, while GuideRails technology helps to stabilize the foot's movement and correct overpronation.

The breathable mesh upper hugs the foot comfortably and provides optimal ventilation. The seamless construction minimizes friction and improves comfort.

Thanks to the durable rubber outsole, the shoe offers excellent traction on a variety of surfaces, so you can move safely and confidently.
