Electrolyte chewable tablets with salt, minerals and carbohydrates. For support
during extreme physical exertion such as competitions in hot weather, ultra
distances in running or long distance in triathlon. The chewable tablets
contain only natural flavourings, are purely vegetarian, contain no doping
agents, are free of artificial sweeteners and colourings and are gluten-free
and GMO-free. Mode of action: Potassium, calcium, magnesium and vitamin D
contribute to normal muscle function. Potassium, calcium and magnesium
contribute to a normal function of the nervous system. Vitamin D contributes to
normal blood calcium levels and normal immune system function. Magnesium
contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism, normal protein
synthesis and reduced fatigue. Recommended intake: During sustained exercise,
up to 2 chewable tablets (= serving) every 15-30 minutes. During prolonged,
heavy physical exertion, up to a maximum of 50 chewable tablets daily. We
recommend taking a holistic view of nutrition in endurance sports, i.e. looking
at the total amount of electrolytes taken in through sports drinks, gels and
electrolyte capsules. As always, don't try anything new on race day. So
electrolyte chewable tablets should also be tried out in smaller quantities
during hard training sessions. Net weight is 96 g (60 chewable tablets).
