The Altra Experience Flow ST is the perfect choice for runners who need gentle
support but don't want to compromise on the Altra feel. The abbreviation ‘ST’
stands for Support, which is achieved through the targeted GuideRail™
technology that gently guides the foot when needed. With a moderate 4 mm drop,
this shoe is an easy entry point for anyone who prefers a low incline. The
high-quality Altra EGO™ P35 foam provides a soft yet stable underfoot feel. The
breathable mesh upper adapts smoothly to the foot while providing the necessary
support. The standard FootShape™ fit gives the toes the space they need for
natural stabilisation of the entire body. A stack height of 28 mm at the front
and 32 mm at the rear (men's) offers excellent protection for daily road
running. Weighing approximately 248 g (men's) and 212 g (women's), it is one of
the lightest support shoes in its category. The sole geometry is designed to
support efficient and smooth rolling without blocking the natural movement
sequence. This shoe is ideal for runners with slight overpronation or for those
who appreciate additional guidance on long runs. It combines functional
