Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical about the Saucony Endorphin Shift 2 at the beginning, especially since I wasn't really convinced by the "target flag" pattern and it looked more like a heavy shoe to me. After wearing them for the first time, however, my opinion of this shoe changed by 180 degrees. The shoe convinced me in every respect. Above all, the lightweight and breathable upper material adapts perfectly to the feet so that there is no rubbing or blistering, even when running for long periods. The TPU heel cap is quite firm but still comfortable, which provides a lot of stability when running. The high sole in combination with the PWRRUN rubber foam provide great cushioning, despite the light weight for an endurance running shoe (approx. 269 grams).
