This is my second pair of Aftershokz and I would never go back to in ear earphones. I had never cycled with music before for safety reasons but with these I can listen to music when on quiet roads and hear cars and traffic when they arrive behind me. For running, these are hardly noticeable and the sound quality is ever improving
