The Wave Rider 25 is a really good update from Mizuno. A chic neutral shoe that provides a super stable running feel thanks to the wide Wave element, without looking boring. The shoe is very well suited for long runs on asphalt, where the cushioning shows all its strengths. The shoe is suitable for both lighter and heavier runners. It is still not a racer, but it doesn't have to be and it doesn't want to be.
