Footwear developed for off-road courses for long distances, ultramarathon competitions and long training sessions. The upper in very breathable air-mesh fabric is mounted on a soft EVA platform with differentiated diameter (raised at the toe, lower at the heel) for excellent impact absorption in any situation and reduction of ramp-angle. The lacing system has been integrated into the shaft by means of eyelets sewn into the internal elastic fabric and reinforced with high-frequency reinforcements on the external mesh: this allows the lacing tension to be distributed over the entire shaft, wrapping the foot better and thus offering more comfort in the fit. The Ultra Raptor combines the advantages of a support construction with those of a comfortable fit with a wide footbed. The result is a product that can be worn for many hours and is therefore particularly suitable for endurance use on any off-road surface. Shaft: Breathable Air-mesh with microfibre reinforcement, coated against wear and with "Endurance Platform": Compressed EVA platform mounted shaft. Lining: Mesh + "Easy-in" insert in PU leather for easy donning and heel stability. Midsole: Injected cushioning EVA. Footbed: Ortholite Mountain Running. Sole: FriXion XF (Grip compound) with Impact Brake System and integrated front shockproof rubber cap.
