Set off to get wild again and reconnect with nature. The Primus Trail 3.5 FG
is a lightweight, durable and flexible trail running shoe that brings us one
step closer to secular footwear.
The Primus Trail 3.5 FG is for runners who live for the end of the road. These
all-terrain trainers are lightweight and flexible enough to move freely, and
tough enough to run on rough, rocky ground. Made from recycled, vegan*,
high-performance materials.
We are on a mission to create a fully circular shoe - a new Vivo made from an
old shoe that can in turn be made into another. The Primus 3.5 is a big step
forward on this journey.
With an already mechanically recyclable outsole, the challenge is to create a
100% polyester upper that can be recycled. The upper of the new Primus Trail
3.5 increases the polyester content from 34% to 76%, 93% of which is recycled.
Why not 100%? Because some parts of the outer material need additional
durability that polyester cannot yet offer. We are working with our partners to
solve this last piece of the puzzle.
