The Altra Olympus 6 continues its proud heritage as a shoe that offers ultimate underfoot protection and comfort on long trail runs. It features Altra's roomiest original FootShape fit and the thickest midsole in their range.
The midsole is made from a reliable CMEVA foam with a 0mm offset, providing predictable cushioning that delivers confidence stride after stride. The adaptable mesh upper offers enhanced breathability and features a more robust toe cap and generous overlays for durability and structure.
Comfort is not limited to functional updates, but is further enhanced by a refined tongue and premium Achilles cushion. Last but not least, the proven Vibram Megagrip outsole compound sets the standard for grip on a variety of trail surfaces. With slightly modified lug shapes and placements, the outsole ensures improved durability and sure-footedness.
