THE TOOL The LAUFMAUS® is an ergonomically shaped, ultra-lightweight and computer-designed grip element made of special plastic that runners can hold in both hands. THE INNOVATION The LAUFMAUS® optimises the posture of runners so that they can run more efficiently, more relaxed and therefore healthier. THE EFFECT Due to the special construction of the LAUFMAUS®, the position reflexes in the brain necessary to trigger a stretched body position are initiated by the smallest stimuli and signals in the palms of the hands. Only the LAUFMAUS® puts the hands in a very special forward position: the thumb points forwards and upwards, the index finger is extended and the outer palm is turned slightly outwards.
