Jackal is a mountain running shoe for off-road running on ultra-long distances and extended training sessions on medium distances. The innovative Infinitoo™ technology, which provides higher energy return, is ensured by the excellent cushioning. For the lacing, the loops have been used directly on the lateral inserts of the upper: this solution allows better volume regulation during ultra-long runs when the feet tend to swell. The net mesh on the sides provides ventilation and a pleasant climate. However, the heart of the Jackal lies in the innovative unit of sole/midsole made of EVA with inner cushioning pads made of polyurethane with high energy return Infinitoo™ technology. The front insole increases cushioning, while the rear insole contributes to stabilisation during running. The midsole is made of compressed EVA with integrated Rock-Shield for a stable running and rock-guard effect. The outsole is made of the Frixion-Red compound with lugs with differentiated thickness as well as the "Impact-Brake-System" and longitudinal FLEX grooves that facilitate the bending of the sole along its folding lines. The lightweight and impact-resistant thermoformed toe gives lightness and protection, while the dual FriXion Red compound sole offers maximum grip and durability.
