The Fuelcell Prism v2 is an all-round successful lightweight running shoe that offers good support for runners with moderate pronation problems, but is also recommended for neutral runners without any restrictions. The coordination of the midsole and support is so successful that you only feel it when you really need it. It can best be described as a stability shoe for runners who don't necessarily need stability, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for those with pronation problems.
Compared to the similarly positioned Asics DS Trainer 26, the Fuelcell Prism v2 offers much more comfort and cushioning, while it differs from its Saucony counterpart, the Guide 14, by being more dynamic. I also occasionally run a True Motion Nevos, which takes a whole new approach to stability enhancement, and although I enjoy running the Nevos, I find the Fuelcell Prism v2 more versatile and better cushioned, especially in the forefoot.
All in all, for me the Fuelcell Prism v2 is a shoe that I just put on and then "forget about" when I'm running, whether I'm out for a 6am run or doing something long at the weekend. I also had it as my only running shoe on vacation and that was a good choice.
