The Fuelcell Prism v2 is an all-round successful lightweight running shoe that offers good support to runners with moderate pronation problems, but at the same time is also recommended for neutral runners without any restrictions. The coordination of the midsole and support is so successful that you only feel it when you really need it. It can best be described as a stable shoe for runners who don't necessarily need stability. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it if you have severe pronation problems. Compared to the similarly positioned Asics DS Trainer 26, the Fuelcell Prism v2 offers significantly more comfort and cushioning, while distinguishing itself from its Saucony counterpart, the Guide 14, by being more dynamic. I also occasionally run a True Motion Nevos, which takes a completely new approach to improving stability, and although I enjoy running the Nevos, I find the Fuelcell Prism v2 more versatile and better cushioned, especially in the forefoot area. All in all, for me, the Fuelcell Prism v2 is a shoe that I can just put on and then "forget" while I'm running, whether I'm going for a run at 6 a.m. or doing something long on the weekend.
