After the fit was better in the last one, New Balance has done something for the masses this year, adjusted the heel, which takes getting used to, and designed the upper better. My request for a thin upper material wasn't answered, but the shoe fits well and the feet get enough air through the holes in the upper material. The marginally narrower forefoot is easier to walk on and the shoe is fun to wear every day! Not to forget the colorway - as you can see in the pictures, I have the dark blue and think the combination with red and yellow is very successful, but I would have been very happy with the other option too!
