The Running Dynamics Pod attaches to the waistband of your running shorts and measures running efficiency values to help optimise your running training. The Running Dynamics Pod gives you the option to train without a heart rate chest strap. Pair it with a compatible smartwatch1, attach it to the centre back of your running shorts and start training. Always have an eye on your running form Look at important running efficiency values such as stride frequency, stride length, ground contact time, ground contact time balance, vertical movement and vertical ratio and then analyse them. With the help of these biomechanical measurements, you will be able to better interpret your running form in order to be in top shape on race day. How it works The Running Dynamics Pod module includes an accelerometer that measures body movements to calculate 6 parameters for running efficiency.
