At the same time, the model is also suitable for longer distances thanks to its comfortable cushioning. A highlight of the Speed 4 is the SPEEDROLL technology, which supports a smooth rolling motion and makes running feel effortless. Compared to the previous Speed 3 model, the shoe feels more direct and stable without losing flexibility. The Speed 4 really comes into its own on tarmac roads. The energy return is best felt by rolling over the forefoot and midfoot. When rolling over the heel, the effect increasingly fizzles out. The very breathable mesh upper material should also be emphasised. It can be a little chilly on the foot in the darker months of the year, but the ventilation is ideal in the summer months.
