Three innovative technologies power your run: A double dose of Air Zoom units help you take the next step, a full-length carbon fiber plate keeps you moving forward with ease, and a ZoomX heel-to-toe foam midsole keeps you fresh from start to finish. Two Air Zoom units in the forefoot, combined with ZoomX foam, store energy and
release it again - for more power with every step.
Propulsive feel
A full-length carbon fiber plate provides the right forward thrust to help you roll smoothly with every step and master corners with confidence.
Cushioned ride
The fully bonded ZoomX foam provides an ultra-lightweight, cushioned feel that keeps you fresh and comfortable from mile 1 to 42.
What's new about the Alphafly 3?
The Alphafly 3 is the lightest Alphafly ever. It features a slightly wider carbon fiber plate for more stability and a fully connected ZoomX foam midsole for smoother transitions. Also included is an all-new Atomknit upper for improved multidirectional cushioning and breathability.
The textured laces provide reliable yet soft support.
An integrated knitted tongue with soft padding ensures reduced pressure from the laces.
